教授

【简要介绍】

李晓梅博士近年来在国内外高水平期刊上发表论文30余篇，在科研工作中积极探索，主持完成了科技部、国家自然基金委等近10项国家级课题，课题成果广泛应用于中国制造业企业。多年的教学活动中一直致力于不断地探索和创新教学方法和模式，近5年曾参与并主持了多项市级教改项目，所讲课程获批一流课程建设，教学成果曾获批教育部二等奖及专业学会特等奖。并在国内外高水平案例库发表案例多篇，国际顶尖毅伟案例库发表的两篇案例广泛应用于美国、南美洲及欧洲等学校商科的教学活动。李晓梅博士多年来在组织行为及领导力教学中积累经验用于企业高端培训，曾为中海油、中核集团、北京城建、民生银行等多家大型企业，为国家应急管理部天津消防研究所、天津市应急局、中国人民武装警察部队指挥学院、河北省组织部、天津滨海教委等政府机关展开管理培训。
