高颖，天津大学超级工程战略研究院副院长，管理与经济学部工程管理系系主任，博士生导师，国家级青年人才，天津市青年科技工作者协会专业委员会副主任，天津市工程管理学会理事，“全球工程经营”公众号运营负责人。主要研究领域包括国际工程项目管理、组织间价值共创、跨国工程企业内部管控等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、住建部课题、天津市自然科学基金项目、重大工程项目技术咨询课题等，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目及省部级课题多项，在Transportation Research Part B: Methodological、Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice、Energy Economics、International Journal of Project Management、《管理科学学报》等国内外高水平期刊发表学术论文多篇。主讲国际工程合同管理双语课、FIDIC合同条件解析、工程招投标、商务谈判、国际工程管理英文信函写作等课程。荣获天津市教学成果奖一等奖、天津大学青年教师讲课大赛一等奖等奖项。
