凌帅,天津大学管理科学与工程专业博士,管理与经济学部副教授、博士生导师,美国范德堡大学欧文商学院访问学者,天津市现代城市治理实验室副主任;主要关注能源和交通融合下的城市交通治理,主要分析和研究:(1)社会能源供给变革引发的城市交通影响,(2)网络互联中的城市出行服务供给和需求变化,(3)以及由此带来的政府城市治理变化所需要的政策优化和创新。
本人讲授课程主要包括《现代密码学》、《企业运营管理》(本科),《交通系统工程》(硕士),《电子政务》(MPA)、《管理信息系统》(MBA)等,所指导学生荣获多项校级、市级和国家级奖励。近年来,本人主持和参与了包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、重点项目,以及科技部重点研发计划项目等多余项国家级项目,在国内外权威学术期刊发表论文数十篇;作为管理系统工程和城市交通管理领域专家为国内多家企事业单位进行咨询,服务对象包括国家电网有限公司、天津市消防救援总队和天津港等。
