兰燕飞,天津大学管理与经济学部系统工程研究所所长,教授,博士生导师,香港中文大学访问学者,研究方向为复杂系统建模与优化、新兴技术驱动的医疗运营管理和物流与供应链管理,发表论文 60余篇,分布在 EJOR、Omega、IJPE、IJPR、IEEE TEM 等管理科学领域知名期刊,两篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。主持国家自然科学基金三项、天津市自然科学基金一项,天津大学自主创新基金多项,参与两项国家自然科学基金重点项目、多项面上项目。2015 年获得教育部自然科学奖二等奖一项,2017 年获得中国运筹学会不确定系统分会运筹新人奖,2019 年入选天津大学北洋青年学者计划。担任国际电子商务联合会中国分会副理事长、中国运筹学会不确定系统分会副理事长、中国管理科学与工程学会理事、中国运筹学会智能计算分会理事、随机服务与运作管理分会理事、行为运筹与管理分会理事、美国 POMS 学会会员、中国运筹学会会员、中国系统工程学会会员、 《Journal of Management Science and Engineering》(管理科学学报英文版)副主编、国际 SCI 检索期刊《International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics》副主编、国家自然科学基金委通讯评审专家、教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家,天津市政府投资项目评审专家。担任超 30 余本国内外著名期刊评审人:MS、JOM、POM、EJOR、Omega、管理科学学报、系统工程学报、系统工程理论与实践等。资政建议获得副国级领导批示。
