【个人简介】

肖应钊,天津大学管理与经济学部副教授、硕士研究生导师。挂职担任天津大学合作办公室主任助理。香港中文大学管理学专业哲学博士,加拿大阿尔伯塔大学商学院访问学者。主要研究领域为创业管理、公司创业、企业ESG行为,主讲《创业管理》、《组织理论与组织设计》、《论文选题与写作》等课程。主持2项国家和省部级研究课题,参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、面上项目和青年项目近10项。先后在Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Small Business Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management和《南开管理评论》等国内外学术期刊发表系列高水平学术论文。研究成果曾获IACMR-RRBM Award Finalist, JBV Thematic Consortium Best Paper Award等奖项。研究发现得到China Business Knowledge,MBA China等新闻媒体报道。现担任Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of World Business, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Management and Organization Review等10余本国际期刊审稿人。
