张红娟，天津大学管理与经济学部组织与战略管理系，教授、博士生导师、管理学博士、香港浸会大学访问学者。主要研究领域涉及技术与创新管理、企业战略管理、国际商务、网络组织与产业集群。入选天津市“131创新型人才培养工程”、天津大学“北洋学者-青年骨干教师”计划等。
近年来，Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice(FT50)、Journal of Management Studies (FT50)、Journal of World Business (ABS4)、《管理世界》、《管理科学学报》、《南开管理评论》等国内外高水平期刊发表论文30多篇，出版专著一部《中国电信产业网络演进与创新》。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上课题和青年课题共3项，省部级课题5项，天津大学人才基金3项，参与国家自然科学基金重点课题、重大课题等多项。主持参与潍柴动力、用友集团、海泰集团、中国集团公司促进会等委托和咨询项目。
担任中国社会学会社会网与社会资本研究专业委员会理事，国家自然科学基金同行评议专家、全国本科毕业论文(设计)抽检评审专家库专家、天津市智库专家等，同时担任国内外管理学高水平期刊和学术会议JBE、JWB、APJM、管理科学学报、管理学报、AOM、IACMR等审稿专家。
近年来围绕项目开展了天士力、一飞智控、利安隆、浪潮集团、济南二机床集团、中联重科、三一重工、华为、均胜电子、雅戈尔集团、奥克斯集团、山大地纬、世纪开元、天津青年创业园等公司的咨询、调研和案例研究。
