叶雨潇，天津大学管理与经济学部运营与供应链管理系讲师。2013年获浙江大学人力资源管理学士学位，2019年获浙江大学管理学博士学位，2020年获香港理工大学博士学位。我的研究兴趣主要集中在运营和供应链管理中的实证研究。我已发表的论文和正在推进的研究主要关注可持续发展(sustainable)与向善(responsible)运营管理。我希望通过我的研究帮助企业变得更加绿色、安全、和谐。我的研究成果发表在Production and Operations Management (UTD-24)、International Journal of Operations & Production Management (ABS 4)、International Journal of Production Economics, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, 等SSCI/SCI检索期刊。欢迎对实证运营管理感兴趣的学生联系我（要求：积极主动、喜爱探索）！
