【个人简介】

天津大学,管理与经济学部教授,博士生导师,剑桥大学能源政策研究中心客座研究员

解百臣(1981-)近年来一直致力于资源管理与政策、评价理论与方法的科研和教学工作,在能源经济学、电力系统环境效率评价、建筑节能潜力分析、能源与电力发展规划等方面取得了多项创新性的研究成果。近年来主持了二十余项科研项目,其中包括国家社会科学基金重大项目1项,自然科学基金重点项目1项,面上项目和青年项目4项,联合国开发规划署项目1项,工程院重大战略咨询项目、重点咨询项目课题各1项;已结题的2项国家自然科学基金项目后评估结果分别为“优”和“特优”。作为高校负责人参与编制了天津市“十三五”能源发展规划和青海省清洁能源示范省建设规划,另作为研究骨干参加国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项科研课题。作为第一或通讯作者在《OMEGA:the International Journal of Management Science》、《Energy Economics》、《Applied Energy》、《Energy Policy》、《Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews》、《International Journal of Production Research》、《Transport Policy》和《管理评论》、《中国管理科学》等国内外期刊发表论文70余篇。

由于科研成果突出,申请人先后获得国际奖项埃尼(Eni)奖提名奖、天津市第十四届社会科学优秀成果二等奖(排名第一)等学术荣誉,代表中国参加APEC组织能源工作组论坛,担任ESCI“智慧社区”国际能源大赛主评专家;并分别于2016年和2018年入选天津大学北洋青年学者计划和天津市“131”创新型人才计划第二层次人选。
