Biography

【Personal Profile】

Wan Jiang is an assistant professor in the College of Management and Economics at Tianjin University, China. He obtained his Ph.D. at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on leadership and creativity. His research has been published in Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Management & Organization, and Journal of Organizational Change Management.

Prof. Jiang has involvement in many project such as the key and regular project of Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He is involving on a young scholar project of NSFC.

Prof. Jiang is a visiting scholar in HKUST. He is the peer reviewer of many journals such as International Journal of Human Resource Management, Personality and Individual Differences, Journal of Technology & Engineering Management, AOM, IACMR and so on. He is the member of AOM and IACMR.
