Positions and Responsibilities

Chair Professor

  •   Accurately grasp the development direction of the discipline, put forward strategic, forward- looking and creative research ideas, and play a leading role in promoting the disciplinary to catch up with or maintain the international advanced level in the frontier fields. Devote to cultivating innovative talents, teaching undergraduate core courses, training and directing research. Actively strive for and host national major research projects in line with national major strategic needs or international academic frontiers. Carry out original research in relevant fields and strive to achieve landmark research outcomes. Exert important influence in assisting the Party and the country in making major decisions for meeting the major needs of the country's economic and social development,

      

Talented Professor

  •   1. With high-level teaching capability and landmark achievements. Pay attention to the cultivation of high-quality and innovative talents. Improve personal education and teaching capability and the quality of talent cultivation. Undertake teaching work of discipline basic courses or major-related core courses as backbone teachers in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and other aspects of talent cultivation.

      2.Have an independent research direction in line with the development of the discipline and the ability to lead the discipline to catch up with or take the lead of international advanced level.

      3.Play an important role in discipline construction, base construction and talent introduction, and in promoting the extensive cooperation with other internationally renowned universities and research institutions.

Associate Talented Professor

  •   1.Have rich experience in education and teaching and outstanding achievements in improving the quality of education and teaching. Undertake teaching work of discipline basic courses or major-related core courses as backbone teachers in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and other aspects of talent cultivation.

      2.Be engaged in high-level scientific research in line with the development needs of the discipline. Have outstanding performance in related fields at home and abroad and recognized by peer experts.

      3. Play a certain role in discipline construction, base construction and talent introduction and actively promote extensive cooperation with world-famous universities and research institutions.

Associate Professor/Associate Researcher

  •   1. The research direction should be in line with the development needs of the discipline. Have certain academic achievements in the research field and considerable academic potential.

      2. Actively participate in discipline construction, high-level international academic conferences in relevant fields and other forms of international academic exchange activities, and have active commitment and participation of national and provincial science and technology projects.

      3. Associate professors should also have good experience in education and teaching and have made some achievements in improving the quality of education and teaching. As backbone teachers in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and other aspects of talent cultivation, they should undertake teaching work of basic courses or major-related core courses.

Lecturer

  •   The research direction should be in line with the development needs of the College of Management and Economics and relevant disciplines. Lecturers are supposed to attach importance to both teaching and scientific research
