Dr. Runliang Dou is an professor of Department of Information Management and Management Science, Tianjin University. He received the Ph.D in Management Science and Engineering in 2007 from Tianjin University. His research interests mainly focus on Big Data Analytics and Intelligent Decision, Machine Learning and Data Mining, Product and Service Innovation, and Customer Demand Analytics.
Dr. Dou is the Secretary-general in Chinese Industrial Engineering Institution, CMES, Secretary-general in Chinese Industrial Engineering Department Heads, and Board Member in Board Member in Asia Pacific Industrial Engineering & Management Society(APIEMS). He organizes international academic exchange activities many times, and he also serves as International Program Committee Chair or Session Chair in couples of the above conferences. As the guest editor, he has launched several special issues on frontier research in international renowned journals.
