Zhang Zhongli,male, Han nationality, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in 1966. In 1989, I has graduated from the Graduate School of Jilin University and the Graduate School of Nankai University, received a doctorate. Currently, I teach at the School of Public Manage- -ment, Department of Management and Economics of Tianjin University .
Teaching Course: Ethics in Public Management, Enterprise Strategic Management, Theory and Practice of Management Consulting, Theory and Practice of Secrecy Law, Financial history, Research on the Western innovative thinking mode, Corporate culture and ethics, The public organization performance management , Social Research Report, From new public management to new public governance, political science,etc.
Current research direction: The equalization of basic public services; government procurement; Cadre selection and appointment mechanism; Risk society and its response; Public organization performance mana- -gement; Corporate culture and ethics; Enterprise Strategic Management; Theory and Practice of Management Consulting; Theory and Practice of Secrecy Law; Enterprise human resource management. I have published more than 100 articles in the core journals like "Journal of Jilin University Social Sciences", "Social Science Front". I published monograph " New Translation of ‘Lao Zi Xiang Er Zhu ’ " ," Introduction to Chinese and Western Culture "," The Aspect of Chinese and Western Culture "and so on. At the same time, I presided over the completion of "On the computer simulation method", "Cadre selection and appointment of scientific mechanism", "On the socialist market economy to promote legal construction research" and many other issues. In the future, I will uphold the management, economics, law, political science, the forefront sociological theory to research on social problems and analysis management, economics, law, political science, sociological research ideas by social theory of theoretical, committing to the management theory and practice of innovation research.
