Lei Ming, Vice Party Secretary of Tianjin University, warmly congratulated the event's success. She reviewed the long history of Tianjin University and pointed out that in recent years, TJU has deeply understood the new deployment and new requirements of higher education by the state and the times, found its position in the construction of a strong country and national revitalization, and actively promoted the coordinated development of education, science and technology, and talent, achieving significant results in talent cultivation, discipline construction, technological self-sufficiency, and other aspects. Tong Yuanming, executive vice president of the Tianjin University EMBA Alumni Association and chairman of the Tianjin Guangyi Ling Health Technology Co., Ltd., expressed warm congratulations on behalf of the EMBA Alumni Association on the successful holding of the 2023 EMBA Development Forum and the 20th Anniversary Celebration of EMBA Enrollment. Keynote speech No.1: China's Economic Outlook for 2023
Xu Hongcai analyzed China's economic situation from two aspects, external economic situation and internal macroeconomic trends, under the topic of "China's Economic Outlook for 2023". He pointed out that as the world's second-largest economy, China's economic development and future trends are of great concern. The world economy is gradually recovering, and the industrial transformation is poised to take off, which is beneficial for the development of the Chinese economy. It is predicted that China's economy will maintain steady growth in the coming years. The new round of technological and industrial transformation, the competition with other major nations in digital economy, technological innovation, industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as the reconstruction of industrial and supply chains will have a profound impact on the global economy and the future political and economic landscape.
Keynote speech No.2: Innovation and Change in Management Methods
Qi Ershi introduced the importance of management innovation in enterprise development on the topic of "Innovation and Change in Management Methods", and conveyed high-quality management innovation ideas to the participants to help enterprises better cope with future development challenges. He first explained the importance of technological innovation in improving manufacturing efficiency through vivid examples, and emphasized the application of industrial engineering in management innovation. With continuous innovation in information technology, breakthroughs in networked and digital fields, social productivity has been greatly improved, and the human desire to replicate human intelligence on machines has promoted the research and development of artificial intelligence and its application. This round-table forum gathered the wisdom and strength of experts, scholars and enterprise representatives to discuss the cutting-edge technologies and market trends for traditional Chinese medicine and new energy, and promote industry cooperation and innovative development.

The Forum on the "Development of New Energy and Information Technology Industry" was hosted by Zhao Tingting, the general manager of Guochang Technology Development (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. The guests explored in-depth topics such as green development, energy, and new energy, emphasizing that new energy is a key energy form that is carbon-free, renewable, and storable. They believe that the future development of China cannot be separated from the development of new energy. As an important support for green development, new energy will play an important role in China's future economic and social development, so it is of great significance to engage in related research on new energy. We must continuously promote the sustainable development of new energy through constant technological innovation and application, in order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.
