Dr. Huo Yanfang, is an associate professor and master tutor of the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Management and Economics of Tianjin University, a visiting scholar of Logistics and Supply Chain Research Centre, Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, UK. She is Council member of Management Technology Branch, Innovation Methods Research Society of Ministry of Science and Technology, Council member of Tianjin Lean Management Innovation Society and Executive Director of Binhai Enterprise Innovation Technology Engineering Center of Tianjin Industrial Engineering Society. She is mainly engaged in logistics and supply chain management, lean production related research. She has hosted and participated in nearly 20 projects of national, provincial and ministerial level and enterprise cooperation, and has formed a series of influential research results. She has published more than 40 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, and more than 10 published and translated works. As a participant, she won one first prize of Tianjin Social Science Award and one second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
