田钧方,英才教授、国家优青、第一批天津市青年科技人才(第一层次)、各类项目与人才的函评与会评专家,主持国家自然科学基金3项,发表高水平论文50余篇,包括Transportation Science、Transportation Research part A/B/C/D/E/F、IEEE-TITS、Accident Analysis and Prevention、Journal of Transport Geography与Transport Policy等交通管理领域顶级或权威期刊,出版学术专著2部。研究领域覆盖交通系统建模/仿真/管理/优化等方向,研究技术方法论包括计算机仿真、行为实验、社会调查、博弈分析、大数据分析、整数规划、随机规划、鲁棒优化、机器学习与强化学习等。

不怕不会,关键在学:不要求入学前就掌握非常多的知识与技能,重点在于入学后在老师的指导下认真学习,以适合自己的节奏建立知识体系。
[1] 资助学生参加各类国际会议以及国内外相关培训,帮助博士生与国内外知名学者建立合作关系,近三年邀请国内外学者交流访问30余人
[2] 每年会开展1-2门相关方法的研习班,促进师生持续进步,目前已邀请过知名教授来团队内部展开鲁棒优化、强化学习等相关技术的完整教学。2025年10月份将邀请相关专业教授开展控制理论及其在运输与管理科学中的应用,包括最优控制、随机控制、鲁棒控制和模型预测控制等技术和论文的零基础研习班,目前正在和相关方向教授洽谈授课内容和形式
[3] 为新生提供系统化的知识和技能训练(已自编内部讲义,包括:线性优化、非线性优化、整数规划、凸优化、锥优化、双层规划、变分不等式、随机优化、鲁棒优化等),帮助博士生打好基础,快速入门(有微积分/线性代数/概率论基础就可以了)
