刘俊颖，天津大学管理与经济学部教授、博士生导师，工程管理系系主任，国家级一流本科专业建设点负责人。英国雷丁大学博士，瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学访问学者，中美富布赖特研究学者，中文核心期刊《国际经济合作》常务理事，中国建筑学会工程管理研究分会青年委员，风险双创联盟发起人，专注于风险管理与工程企业国际化研究。
