高颖，天津大学管理与经济学部工程管理系讲师、硕士生导师，先后于2014年在天津大学工程管理系获得管理学博士学位和2018年在香港大学房地产及建设系获得哲学博士学位。主要研究领域包括跨国投资企业的管控机制设计、PPP项目合约治理、组织间冲突管理等;讲授课程包括国际工程合同与合同管理;工程招投标;国际工程管理英文信函写作等。
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目“我国对外承包工程企业对海外项目部管控决策研究”、住建部课题“深化工程总承包权利责任研究”等，参与完成国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目及省部级课题的研究工作，在Transportation Research Part B: Methodological、Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice、Energy Economics、International Journal of Project Management、《管理科学学报》等国内外高水平期刊发表学术论文十余篇，并与张水波教授合著《国际PPP项目合约治理研究》一书。
