冯海洋,天津大学管理与经济学部信息管理与管理科学系教授,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者。2014年毕业于天津大学管理与经济学部,获管理学博士学位,2016年至今任教于天津大学管理与经济学部。2014年至2015年于美国爱荷华州立大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究领域为平台商务模式与策略、信息系统经济学、数据与算法治理。
冯海洋博士近年来在MIS Quarterly、Information Systems Research、《管理科学学报》、《中国管理科学》、Journal of the Association for Information Systems、Decision Support Systems、Annals of Tourism Research、 International Journal of Production Economics、Computers & Industrial Engineering、Computers & Operations Research等国内外期刊发表50余篇学术论文。获得中国信息经济学会青年创新奖、《中国管理科学》最具影响力论文等奖项。
