It is also one of the first universities to be approved to establish the professional degree of “Industrial Engineering” in 1999 and is a institution attached to Industrial Engineering Branch, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. In 2009, it began to recruit full-time Master of Industrial Engineering (dual certificates) students.
