Training requirements:
Students mainly learn the basic theories and methods of construction management, as well as technical knowledge of civil engineering, get basic training of construction project management, and possess basic ability to engage in construction project management.
Students should acquire the knowledge and ability as follows:
1. master the basic theories and methods of construction management;
2. master basic theories and knowledge of economics;
3. be familiar with technical knowledge of civil engineering;
4. be familiar with guidance, policy and rule of construction project construction;
5. understand development trend of domestic and overseas construction management;
6. have the ability of using computer assistance tools to solve management problem;
7. possess the basic ability to engage in construction project decision and whole-process management
8. master the basic methods of literature retrieval and information survey, and have the primary ability of scientific research and practical work
