Students of the program should acquire the knowledge and ability through systematical learning and training as follows:
1. master basic principles of management and economics, as well as basic theory and knowledge of modern business administration;
2. have the basic ability of quantitive analysis and computer application;
3. have basic ability of strong mother and foreign language and word expression, interpersonal communication and solution of business administration problems;
4. be familiar with guidance, policy and rule of business administration management in China;
5. understand the development trend and development prospect of the discipline;
