【个人简介】

凌帅,天津大学管理科学与工程专业博士、管理与经济学部教授、博士生导师,美国范德堡大学欧文商学院访问学者,天津市现代城市治理实验室主任;主要关注人机融合复杂社会治理,包括城市交通管理、人工智能治理和数字要素运营管理等。

教学方面注重教学方法创新。先后主持和参与国家级、市级和校级教改项目7项,发表多篇教改论文,荣获全国高校教师创新大赛三等奖、天津市全国教学创新大赛一等奖等7项教学获奖,作为主编出版本科生教材一部,带领本科生参加国家级赛事,先后获得国家级银奖1项和天津市一等奖2项,所指导学生获得天津大学优秀硕士毕业论文、优秀本科毕业设计。

科研方面立足领域研究前沿。先后主持和参与包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、重点项目,以及科技部重点研发计划项目等10余项国家级项目,在国内权威学术期刊发表论文三十余篇,出版专著1部,获得省部级科研奖励1项(天津市社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖),以第一完成人授权发明专利5项。

服务方面聚焦国家战略需求。先后向国家和省部级相关部门提交各类咨政报告70余份,其中3份获得中央主要领导同志的肯定性批示,6份获得中共中央国家安全委员会办公室采纳,30余份获得省部级相关部门采纳获内部刊物出版。作为管理领域专家先后为双奥园、国家电网、吉大正元等单位获企业提供咨询服务。
