He has published over 50 papers in English journals and conferences, such as the European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Heuristics, Pattern Recognition Letters, Knowledge-Based Systems, Information Sciences, Soft Computing, Applied Soft Computing, Neural Computing & Applications, Computational Optimization and Applications, Sciences in China (Series E/F), etc.
He serves on the editorial board for the Chinese Journal of Management Sciences. He is a member of the Association for Information Systems and the member of the Systems Engineering Society of China respectively
