Introduction of the Speaker：Expert of social policy and administration，gerontologist. He has served as dean of Social Human Psychology and Social Work Department in the City University of New York, president of Professional Studies in the University of Guam, Academic Assistant Vice President of Southeast campus in the Indiana University, former vice-regent for academy in the Pace University.

Research Interests：Modern China and International comparison, Public policy and development strategy, Social policy, Gerontics, Social medicine and Social economy and environment.
